Before your session:
- Exfoliate your body and shower
- Ensure your skin is free from moisturiser, deodorant, make-up and perfume
- Wear dark, loose clothing. Avoid wearing any clothing or footwear that causes friction on the skin
After your session:
- Avoid contact with water for the first 2 hours
- Do not shower for at least 8 hours
- The use of hot baths, spas and swimming will reduce the life of your tan
- Tanning solution does not contain sunscreen
